NetSystem has organized, in collaboration with its partners: Sage Maghreb, Ernest & Young, Power HR and Link Soft, a seminar on: "the HR Information System: a major strategic Business challenge".

A topical theme that has attracted more than 80 HR, DAF and DG from private and public companies.

The first part of the seminar was hosted by our partners 'Ernest & Young' and 'HR Power' and was oriented to the HR consulting, focusing on the positioning of the HR function within the business company, as well as the strategies and means to be implemented to create a real value around the HR function.

The second part, led respectively by Sage Maghreb, NetSystem & Link Soft dealt with tools and solutions to settle in order to achieve the HR strategies by implementing HR Information System.The presentations concerned the following themes:
• Sage suite HR: Presentation of the latest version of the solution Sage Suite HR (management of the payroll, training management, time management, career management and governance)
• Netsystem HR Connect: a self-service Portal for the automation of HR processes
• Link SST: Health and Safety at Work Management Solution

The seminar was held on Thursday, March 08th, 2012 at the Arab Institute of business managers.
